CARCASS PRODUCTS
WME produces both skin-on and skin-off goat meat carcass products as well as the option for brown skin on products. These are categorized into specific weight groups to accommodate customers’ requirements and are packaged in a poly liner with a stockinette outer covering.
CARTON PRODUCTS
WME produces carton goods which are in sustainable packaging. These products in both skin-on and skin-off goat meat. These are categorized into specific weight groups and cut specifications, including whether bone-in or boneless. The cartons are lined inside with a poly liner. Inside the poly liner, products may be individually wrapped, multi-wrapped, layer packed or packed in bulk – as per customer requirements.
OFFAL PRODUCTS
WME produces a huge range of goat and sheep offal types which are prepared then packed according to the customer and Aus-Meat specifications.
