GOAT RETAIL PRODUCTS
WME specializes in the production of certain retail products packaged conveniently and with customers requirements catered for. These items are packed ready for the supermarket shelf and are presented as such to maximize the point of sale aspect.
CARCASS PRODUCTS
WME produces both skin-on and skin-off goat meat carcass products. These are categorized into specific weight groups to accommodate customers requirements and are packaged in a poly liner with a stockinette outer covering.

Our establishment produces the finest of quality goat meat products and we are proud to present this product to our customers.
All of our processes are in accordance with Aus-Meat relating to specification for the labeling of products and compliance to product descriptions.
CARTON PRODUCTS
WME produces cartoned packed products in both skin-on and skin-off goat meat . These are categorized into specific weight groups and cut specifications, including whether bone-in or boneless. The cartons are lined inside with a poly liner. Inside the poly liner, products may be individually wrapped, multi-wrapped, layer packed or packed in bulk – as per customer requirements.
The bone-in cartoned products are whole carcasses cut as “Assorted Cuts” (primals), packed into lined cartons.
All products are supplied in accordance with Aus-Meat Specification requirements.
OFFAL PRODUCTS
WME produces most goat offal types and are prepared and packed according to the customer and Aus-Meat specifications.
